Pose Method Running Mini-Clinics (4 hours) $150
Typically, night and day improvement is realized in a single clinic! These mini-clinics (minimum 4, limit 8 athletes) introduce you to or refresh your understanding of running in harmony with nature and physics. A conceptual model of running is described, supported by scientific studies and taught -- to runners of all levels -- through specific skills and perception drills.
