Pose Method Run Coaching (individual session, or mini-clinic) $150
Typically, night and day improvement is realized in a single session! An individual session, or a group mini-clinic (minimum 4, limit 8 athletes), introduces you to or refreshes your understanding of running in harmony with nature and physics. A conceptual model of running is described, supported by scientific studies and taught to runners of all levels through specific skills and perception drills. Pose Method runners tend to run farther, faster and with fewer injuries. They also spend less money on shoes with unnecessary and unsafe bells and whistles. Learn by yourself, or corral your friends or business associates and prepare to run that fundraiser marathon or personal best 10K with seemingly new legs this season!
