Been There, Done That
You see, lacking any exceptional physical gifts, that is, by being more everyman than superman, I, like you, must work at it to maintain my fitness. I have had to search for, find, and put to use the most effective conditioning practices there are.
My personal fitness exploration began in 1973, with weight lifting. My professional fitness career started in 1983 when gym goers asked me to share what I’d learned and coach them. These journeys endure. Today, because I am continuing to train clients as I stride into my fifties sporting the same physique I enjoyed in my twenties you might reason that I’m doing something right.
Unique Tools of the Trade
What I bring to the table, along with professional coaching experience spanning four decades, is unusual expertise— a combination of skills very few possess. For instance, as a Pose Method running coach I will show you how you can run farther, run faster, run with less chance of injury, and otherwise enjoy running more. As a performance hypnotherapist I will provide you with the psychological leverage to overcome long-standing obstacles— in any sport, or endeavor— and accomplish more than you might now believe possible. As a veteran fitness trainer I will bring to your workouts the benefit of my first-hand experience in body-building, Olympic-style lifting, iron-distance triathlon, yin and yang yoga, and various dietary regimens. I probably won’t be your guru, but you can certainly make me your go-to resource.
