A little background.
You see, lacking any exceptional physical gifts, that is, by being more everyman than superman, I, like you, must work at it to maintain my fitness. I have had to search for, find, and put to use the most effective conditioning practices there are. I began my fitness exploration in 1973, and it continues still. Nothing was easy, but it was all fulfilling. Further, while I’ve tried and tested much of what’s out there, I’ve never relied on gadgets nor supplements to make physical change. Since I still maintain the physique and fitness I enjoyed in my twenties, and because I am coaching clients to this day, even as I stride into my fifties you might reason that I’m doing something right.
What I bring to the table, along with professional coaching experience now spanning four decades, is unusual expertise— a combination of skills very few possess. For instance, as a Pose Method running coach I can show you how you can run farther, run faster, run with less chance of injury, and otherwise enjoy running more, in about an hour. As a performance hypnotherapist I can provide you with the psychological leverage to overcome long-standing obstacles— in any sport, or endeavor— and accomplish more than you might now believe possible.
